TERMS OF SERVICE

The client agrees that the commission is for personal use only and does not have the right to reproduce the artwork for any profit whatsoever.

The client agrees to still credit me as the original artist of the commissioned artwork.

The client does not hold the right to use the product in any AI technology nor blockchain-associated technology (NFT, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space).

The client will receive the full-size illustration by email as a digital file and without watermarks.

As the artist, I retain the copyright of the commissioned artwork.

As the artist, I reserve the right to decline your petition for any reason I see fit.

I reserve the right to use, publish and record the commissioned artwork and its process.

If commissioned for fanart of an existing series or franchise, I reserve the right to sell the artwork at any given point, such as in prints or in art books.

I will do my best, but the client should make sure that their order is suitable for my style. The client is also responsible for providing neat references and clear descriptions.

I have the right to cancel the commission at any time if the client is excessively or continuously rude, demanding, childish, or inappropriate. The client will not be refunded and will be blacklisted.

Payments must be full and upfront, through Paypal invoices only and in EUR.

If the sketch is made, I will only accept a refund of the 50%.

Once I reach past the sketch stage, I will not accept a refund, unless there is an incident on my part.

The buyer pays the service charge (Paypal fee).

Please provide as many visual references as possible. The more references, the better the result. You can include photos, drawings (even doodles made by you), pinterest moodboards... Anything that can help me visualize the concept you've got in mind. If there’s anything specific you want to see in the picture, add that too.

I will not take a commission without any visual reference.

Commissions are not first come first served.

I will try to finish your commission as soon as possible, but please be patient with me. I do not work with deadlines. The estimated waiting time is probably from 2 - 6 weeks from the moment I start working on your commission. Send me a message whenever you want a status update.

I'll send you a sketch for approval. This is the only moment when I will accept to give you a 50% refund if you don't want to continue with the commission. It is also the moment when you can ask for major changes (3 max). (For example, a change in the outfit or the pose, or anything that requires me to redraw it). There will be no chance for major changes later in the process, so please be concise with your feedback.

Once the artwork is finished, I will only allow minor adjustmments: hues, a color I got wrong, small details, text variations, and such.

I will deliver the full piece via e-mail. The artwork is a digital good and will not be physically sent to the customer.
